About Oak Lane

Built on Experience.
Grounded in Family.

Small by design. Personal from the very beginning.

Oak Lane Custom Homes is a family-run builder serving Northwest Houston and East Texas. With experience behind more than 300 homes, we bring proven construction knowledge to every project while keeping the process personal, transparent, and hands-on.

We stay intentionally small so our clients work directly with the people making decisions on their home. Whether we’re building on family land, creating a forever home, or helping someone put down new roots in Texas, our approach is simple: communicate clearly, build thoughtfully, and treat every home like it were our own.
